Manager Manny Acta and Pitching Coach Randy St. Claire remain...No word on whether Acta will be choosing the replacements..."Teflon Randy" St.Claire, who survived the Expos/Nationals transition, makes the cut again...More News As It Surfaces...&lt;/p&gt;
